Yankee offset smoker drum trolley BBQ

The Yankee is an offset smoker BBQ whereby the fire sits in the side chamber so cooking is made by indirect heat as air and heat is naturally pulled from the firebox on the right to the chimney exit on the left via the cooking chamber.

Fitted with a large food safe chrome plated BBQ grill, three stainless steel handles, one for the firebox, one for the cooking chamber and one for rolling the barbecue in the garden, a precision temperature gauge, air vent, steel bottom shelf and two wheels for ease of movement.

A small direct cooking barbecue can be made in the firebox.
